Class chalet with these bastards on Wednesday night! Definitely an epic day to remember!! I cooked Tom Yum and Green Curry soup with Esther at my crib before heading to Aloha Changi for the post-exams party~~

Joelle Chan is back from Perth!!! Met up with her along with Jamie, Joycelyn and Felisa ytd for dinner @ Thai Xpress

We ordered a lot of food man. Like green curry, tom yum, stuffed chicken wings, crispy pancakes and I had to have that Sa-nook set because the fried prawn and red ruby is badass!!

After dinner, we wanted to go Starbucks for a drink but ended up at Acid Bar haha. We all shared a jug of Patron Silver (I think?). After drinking, I left for Tampines to meet Riza, Matin, Mitch and Deryk for supper at Simpang but my curfew was at 12 (yeah i know i know....) so since I delayed the time till like 1+, I went to meet them but Deryk had to be so slow by going all over Singapore!!! So by the time he came to pick us up around 1:20, mom texted me saying: 'hope you're on your way back now' BIG FAT SIGHHHHHHHHHH :( So Deryk drove me home instead. this.is.so.depressing.i.know IT'S OK I CAN ALWAYS DO SUPPER ANOTHER DAY PFFT most likely after work!!!

Night-baker

As you know, I'm a night baker. Most of the time when I feel like baking, it's usually in the night. It's very rare in the evening or morning(unless it's those that needs to be eaten fresh from the oven!) Tonight, I tried warm molten-centred chocolate cupcakes. It says 'serves 8' in the recipe book but as you can see, it's barely enough for 6! :( so i doubt it's molten-centred (duh) but nonetheless, glad it turned out like chocolate cupcakes instead haha it's still on the wiring rack to cool so I really hope it taste fine!
